Master of Science in Electrical Engineering by Research
The Master of Science in Electrical Engineering by Research program is a combination of 15-unit coursework and 15-unit research work program designed for graduate students whose interest is in research, development, and innovation.
The curriculum is well suited to bachelor’s degree holders in electrical engineering, but it is also open to practitioners or graduates of related engineering programs. Graduates of related engineering programs may be admitted provided that they agree to take bridging courses that include undergraduate-level electrical systems.
Students are required to complete 30 units of course works and research publications and/or presentations. The research topics should fall within the research thrust and agenda of the School.
