Special Awards | Engr. Febus Reidj G. Cruz and Dr. Jocelyn F. Villaverde receive Special Awards from the Naval Sea System Command (NSSC) of the Philippine Navy

The School of Electrical Electronics and Computer Engineering of Mapua University congratulates Engr. Febus Reidj G. Cruz and Dr. Jocelyn F. Villaverde for receiving Special Awards from the Naval Sea System Command (NSSC) of the Philippine Navy (PN), for their invaluable services rendered as technological partners of the Naval Research and Technology Development Center (NRTDC) in the formulation of the projects entitled "Development of Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance" and "Intelligent Video Surveillance and Intrusion Detection System for Naval Operation", respectively. A total of 14 institutions and 17 individuals were given recognitions. The awards were presented during the virtual awarding ceremony with RADM Danilo G. Fuentes Jr. PN, NSSC Commander, as presiding officer on the occasion of the 74th NSSC Foundation Anniversary at Headquarters NSSC, Naval Station Pascual Ledesma, Fort San Felipe, Cavite City.

Electronics Engineering Students and Faculty Member Won Best Paper in The 5th ELTICOM 2021

The Electronics Engineering students with their Faculty Adviser, Dr. Jennifer C. Dela Cruz won Best Papers in “The 5th IEEE International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering (ELTICOM) 2021”. The conference was held on Sept 15-16, 2021 in Indonesia.
